  I've never written a review but this made me so mad I absolutely had to say something! Love State Farm and their policies. Stay away from this place though. I've had too many bad experiences w the people that work there. This last time the agents kept bugging me to update my life insurance policy. I told the agent Emily that I didn't want to change it and I was fine keeping it the same. She insisted either way I had to come in and sign a paper. I made an appointment to meet with an agent named Irma. When I arrived for my appointment at 12:00. She was helping other people. After 30 minutes of waiting she was finally done. Mind you the whole time she was not even rushing or attempting to hurry. When she was finally helping me she continued to show me new policies. I told her I didn't want to change my policy and only to sign the paper stating that. Then she told me that I had no need to sign anything if I wasn't changing anything. I had to bite my tongue to not yell or say anything negative. So I just walked out. You never get the same agent and they all tell you something different. This is my experience and recommend to go w State Farm but just with a different agency.
