- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Why say I'm approved when I'm not? It sounded like they were looking for things wrong on my credit report and with my income. Management decides who gets loans and who doesn't. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience with Springleaf was a disappointment. Not only did I feel that they did not do everything possible to help us at this difficult time of need (as their website indicates) but also they lacked professionalism. We did not receive a call from them to tell us if approved or denied. It wasn't until we called back to find out the status on our application. My husband and I are respectful and hard working. We shared all our private and personal information as requested by the representative, and yet no consideration on their end was noted. My opinion may not be of importance, However, I would suggest to the President and CEO Jay Levine, better customer service training.By Rose Gonzales, May 08, 2017
